Life & Executive Coaching

You can win at work and still enjoy your life.

If you built the perfect career on paper but still feel hollow, anxious, or burnt out, I promise there's nothing wrong with you. Our culture doesn't teach us how to marry traditional success with genuine life fulfillment. I help people bridge that gap.

The problem:

You’re successful on paper, but you don't love your life.

You're burning out quietly

You’re hitting your goals, shipping work, getting promoted — but you’re running on fumes and wondering how long you can keep it up.

You've got a pair of golden handcuffs

The comp is great, the title is impressive, but your job feels like a toxic ex you just can't quit. You're fantasizing about a change, but feel paralyzed.

Work comes first, no matter what

Your relationships, hobbies, and health take a backseat to Slack notifications and the Sunday scaries. The boundaries you draw look like squiggles.

You live entirely in your head

You overthink decisions, second-guess yourself, and have anxiety you can never think your way out of no matter how hard you try.

My approach

Lived executive experience meets contemplative and somatic wisdom

Most coaches are either steeped in corporate leadership frameworks or teeming with esoteric spiritual wisdom that sounds like a lot of "woo." I effectively straddle both worlds, and that's what makes me unique.

I’ve spent 12+ years leading content design teams at Meta, Uber, Instacart, and Webflow — with many of those as a head of practice. I know what it’s like to navigate reorgs, manage up, ship under pressure, and hold space for a team while barely holding it together yourself.

I’m also a Co-active trained coach approaching ICF certification, a 500-hour registered yoga and meditation teacher, and a student of Eastern philosophy. I bring all of it into our work together — because the mind, the body, and the career aren’t separate things. They’re one system. And when they're unified, you love your entire life.

I know this because I live it every day.

Common questions

What to know before booking

What happens on the discovery call?

We’ll spend 30 minutes getting to know each other. I’ll listen to what’s going on in your life and career, understand your major pain points, and share how my coaching approach might help. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, I’ll walk you through my available packages. There’s absolutely no obligation.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy, but it is synergistic with it. Coaching explores your inner values, perspectives, thought patterns, and goals, but does not pathologize or diagnose. Many of my clients see a therapist alongside our work together. If I ever sense you need clinical support, I’ll refer you to a qualified professional.

Do I need to be into yoga or meditation?

Not at all. My background in contemplative practices informs how I coach, but sessions are conversational. I might draw on somatic awareness or mindfulness concepts when helpful, but I’ll never ask you to do anything that feels uncomfortable or out of scope for what you came for.

Why should I choose you over another coach?

Because I blend proper coaching training, real executive experience, and somatic expertise in a way few coaches can. My time as a leader at major tech companies, a yoga teacher, and a trained coaching professional allows me to reach a client’s mind, body, and career as one interconnected system.
